A Year Ago

365 days ago, Sean and I had a normal day of hanging with friends, getting stuff done around the house and running errands.  On our way home, on a whim, I pulled into DQ, and Sean and I, for the first time ever and the only time since, stopped to share an ice cream cone together.  We had a wonderful time, just me and my only boy, and I am so blessed that something told me to share this moment with my baby.

At 5:35 p.m. on December 3rd, I had no idea what was in store for me over the next 12 hours, nor did I have any idea what an amazing future big brother I was sharing a tasty treat with.  Thank you, Sean, for being who you are.
